Job Description

This is an early role on our development team to help build external facing applications and internal systems for our analysts and consultants.  Our products help real estate professionals answer questions and solve problems in the real estate tax space.  You’ll be working on the front end and back end of several applications using a modern tech stack and you will have a significant influence on our future design and technology decisions.  This is a startup environment, so we love to ship fast and adopt new technologies in a responsible way.

Compensation

  • $100,000 – $125,000 with bonus potential
  • Stock options awarded upon hiring with initial vesting after 12 months

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software development
  • Experience with Typescript, React, SQL

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with basic data engineering techniques
  • Familiarity with Next.js, TanStack libraries, Tailwind
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry

About Us

Taxonics is a real estate technology company with products and services in the real estate tax space.  We provide internal systems for our in-house analysts and consultants in our sister company, Cavalry Real Estate Advisors, to help them manage, forecast, and appeal real estate taxes.  We also sell access to our research application, Inform.
